What you will do

• Develop the market for sales efficiency analysis solutions for FMCG clients using big data modeling.
• Introduce new analysis solutions, support sales planning, and create sales materials and presentations for market development.
• Coordinate projects and communication between clients and overseas project execution groups.
• Support trade marketing strategy establishment and suggest execution directions.
• Engage with clients and internal teams to understand needs for in-store market execution.
• Contribute to sales and sales promotion policies and direction suggestions across distribution channels.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–6 years of working experience in FMCG (retailer/marketing/sales) or a research-related industry.
• Experience in distribution, sales planning, and trade marketing at distribution companies and manufacturers.
• English communication skills required.
• Ability to derive insights and reflect policies using market research data and data analysis.
