What you will do
- Provide performance overview and business issue analysis for retail clients.
- Deliver in-depth consulting services and actionable insights.
- Develop deep expertise in RMS solutions to drive client value.
- Collaborate with Consulting Leads and Customer Service teams to enhance customer experience.
- Consult clients on optimizing the use of Essentials.
- Develop business solutions for tracking client performance.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis or market research.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to present insights through storytelling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets/Slides.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken Mandarin and English.
