What you will do

• Lead end-to-end business planning and performance processes across the organization to enable execution of strategic objectives.
• Support executive decision-making by developing high-quality presentations and reports for the Board and P&CEO.
• Coordinate and deliver Weekly Highlights, Quarterly Business Reviews, and Accountability reporting.
• Manage month-end closing activities by coordinating accruals and cost corrections with the Finance department.
• Develop and coordinate country-specific reports and maintain business service rates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance or Business Administration.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in business planning, performance management, or financial analysis.
• Proficiency in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and KPI development.
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Expertise in data visualization tools, specifically Power BI.
• Must be based in The Hague, NL.

Nice to have

• CMA (Certified Management Accountant) certification.
• CBAP or similar business analysis certification.
• PMP or PRINCE2 project management certification.
• Microsoft Power BI Certification.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
