What you will do

• Lead acoustic system design for keyboards and other products, focusing on sound quality improvement.
• Evaluate and optimize acoustic components such as microphones and speakers.
• Collaborate with electrical and mechanical engineers on circuit design and acoustic chamber development.
• Optimize acoustic algorithms and DSP signals in coordination with software engineers.
• Manage the full product development cycle from initiation to mass production and provide technical support for production lines.
• Research new acoustic technologies and market trends to support future product iterations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Acoustics, Physics, Electronics, or related fields.
• 5+ years of acoustic design experience (or 3+ with a Master's), preferably with Bluetooth speakers or earphones.
• Proficiency in acoustic validation metrics, including FR, sensitivity, THD, SNR, and AOP.
• Experience with DSP, beamforming, echo cancellation, and noise suppression.
• Knowledge of telecom standards (TIA, Teams, Zoom) and voice recognition testing (AVS, GVA).
• Fluent verbal English communication skills for technical discussions.
