What you will do

• Develop cost-efficient production test solutions and platforms focusing on both software and hardware.
• Define and specify test requirements in collaboration with product desihirify.global teams, production sites, and external suppliers.
• Independently manage and coordinate project activities within New Product Introduction (NPI) teams.
• Perform on-site run-in and provide technical support for NPIs, involving domestic and international travel.
• Continuously improve and update existing test platforms, processes, and solutions.
• Manage relationships with external partners and test equipment vendors.

Requirements

• Background in engineering.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese required.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to independently structure tasks and coordinate projects.
• Analytical mindset and an innovative approach to problem-solving.
• Availability for domestic and international travel for on-site support.

Nice to have

• Understanding of electronics and acoustics.
• Experience in mass production testing of audio, video screens, or cameras.
• Programming experience with C#, LabVIEW, TestStand, PowerShell, or Python.
