What you will do

• Design and execute power and performance plans for IPs and SoCs.
• Conduct feature analysis to identify and close gaps between observed behavior and target goals on development platforms.
• Optimize and characterize power, thermal, and performance/watt configurations to align with architectural goals.
• Develop innovative tools and methodologies for architectural performance analysis to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with design, architecture, binning, and manufacturing teams to meet consumption objectives.
• Analyze and tune system architectures to achieve a balanced performance-power tradeoff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 9+ years of relevant experience (or 6+ with a Master's / 4+ with a PhD) in Power and Performance Analysis and Optimization.
• Strong knowledge of Digital Design Fundamentals and Electrical Fundamentals.
• Proven ability in problem-solving and disciplined execution of power and performance strategies.
• Must be based in the US to support the hybrid work model in assigned sites.
