What you will do

• Develop the architecture for functional verification environments, including reference models, monitors, and drivers using System Verilog and UVM.
• Analyze designs to develop comprehensive test strategies and testplans using random techniques and coverage analysis.
• Debug failures and collaborate closely with designers to resolve functional issues.
• Drive the future direction and development of SoC verification methodologies and environments.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a geographically dispersed team of verification professionals.
• Independently propose and define high-level technical work for highly complex SoC designs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering with 15+ years of experience (or Master's/PhD with 10+/8+ years).
• Strong expertise in architecture and implementation of complex random verification testbenches using System Verilog/UVM.
• 10+ years of direct hands-on verification experience at block, subsystem, and full-chip levels.
• Proven technical leadership experience in driving multi-domain SoC validation teams.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Perl and EDA verification tools.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control laws (EAR).
