What you will do

• Manage intake and organization of accident/incident reports and open claims.
• Coordinate claims reporting under client insurance policies.
• Liaise with third parties and refer inquiries to assigned adjusters.
• Generate loss runs and reports from TPA/hirify.global systems for clients.
• Maintain and update claims management databases with accurate documentation.
• Support the client’s property and casualty program via administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Orlando, FL.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong typing skills (40+ wpm).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor and customer service experience.
