What you will do

• Manage assigned subrogation claims to maximize recoveries through research and identification of legally responsible entities.
• Pursue, negotiate, and settle collections from liable parties, claimant carriers, and insured attorneys.
• Maintain a caseload of 300 to 350 assignments using a task-diary system for effective file conclusion.
• Determine and recommend files for litigation, providing detailed rationales and outlines.
• Produce grammatically correct correspondence, including letters, memos, and claim file documentation.
• Ensure compliance with FDCPA, state laws, and CA DOI Fair Claims Regulations.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in subrogation and collections or 2-4 years as a liability adjuster.
• Must be based in one of the approved US states (AL, AZ, CA, FL, GA, IN, KS, LA, MA, MI, MN, MO, MS, NV, NJ, NC, OK, OH, PA, TN, TX, WA, WI).
• Strong understanding of liability, comparative negligence, and insurance industry terminology.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Windows; ability to pass a background check.
• Capability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with a disciplined approach to organization.
