What you will do

• Confirm coverage of personal property claims by reviewing policies and documentation.
• Conduct and coordinate investigations into loss facts and the extent of damages.
• Evaluate coverage, liability, and damages to determine insured exposure.
• Set reserves within authority levels and make recommendations for changes.
• Maintain accurate system data and prepare detailed reports.
• Identify subrogation opportunities and fraud potential for appropriate referral.

Requirements

• US Work Authorization required (no visa sponsorship provided).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent insurance industry experience.
• Eligibility to receive a claims adjuster license.
• Knowledge of insurance industry or claims handling processes.
• Strong focus on customer service for internal and external stakeholders.
