What you will do

• Receive, log, and organize incoming medical records from fertility clinics and healthcare partners.
• Contact clinics via phone or email to request or clarify patient information.
• Enter and update patient records accurately in internal systems.
• Follow standard operating procedures to ensure data quality and HIPAA compliance.
• Identify and escalate missing or unclear information to the appropriate team members.
• Track and document communication and record status to support timely follow-up.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program.
• 6-12 months of experience in an administrative, operations, healthcare, or data-entry role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures.
• Comfortable using basic technology including email, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally by phone and in writing.
• Commitment to a 6-month minimum project duration.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience working in a healthcare, medical records, or insurance environment.
