What you will do

• Manage the legal portfolio for global environmental remediation matters.
• Coordinate with EHS and sustainability leadership to ensure global environmental compliance.
• Develop and execute defense strategies for regulatory citations, claims, and litigation.
• Conduct investigations into environmental incidents and ethics complaints.
• Provide legal support for incident management and response efforts.
• Develop and conduct training for key stakeholders on environmental and remediation topics.

Requirements

• Law degree from an accredited United States law school.
• Active member of the bar (not state specific).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience at a law firm or in-house corporate legal department.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to serve clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consensus-building skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to navigate across functions.
