What you will do

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to meet monthly targets in consumer and commercial lines.
  • Prospect and develop new customers and distributors while strengthening relationships with existing fleet clients.
  • Monitor trade policy implementation and ensure effective use of advertising resources to drive sales.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis regarding pricing, strategies, and industry trends.
  • Coordinate marketing strategies with distributors to increase regional market share.
  • Manage demand planning and forecasting for the assigned territory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in sales.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to balance customer-oriented and results-driven approaches.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in field sales, tire industry, or consumer goods.
  • Proficiency in SAP.
