Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 (bonus eligible)

What you will do

• Define and advocate for the product vision, strategy, and business-facing success metrics.
• Prioritize sprints, features, and enhancements within the product backlog.
• Build and maintain annual and quarterly roadmaps aligned with KPIs and OKRs.
• Author user stories and define clear acceptance criteria for cross-functional teams.
• Partner with editorial, marketing, and advertising teams to ensure cross-platform quality.
• Conduct product discovery experiments to identify value-driven opportunities and reduce technical debt.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital growth, platform performance, or streaming products.
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, sprint prioritization, and backlog management.
• Proven ability to use user research and analytics to drive product decisions.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to align stakeholders and engineers.
• Must be able to work from the New York office at least 4 days per week.
