What you will do

  • Profile and prioritize high-growth AI and robotics revenue opportunities across startups and established accounts.
  • Convert emerging use cases into scalable, multi-account sales motions.
  • Own early opportunity qualification and develop deal strategies to ensure focus on high-return growth vectors.
  • Translate complex customer pain points into compelling commercial value propositions.
  • Collaborate with product lines, business development, and systems engineering to manage pipelines from discovery to production.
  • Influence internal roadmaps and investment decisions based on revenue-backed customer commitments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management within the semiconductor or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of driving rapid revenue growth and securing design wins in disruptive markets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess customer funding maturity and production potential.
  • Ability to operate effectively with senior executive stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Willingness to travel over 30% of the time.
