Salary: $70,000–$80,000 yearly

What you will do

  • Lead and develop a team of supervisors and leads to ensure high performance.
  • Maintain operational efficiency, manage guest flow, and minimize wait times.
  • Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed in partnership with the EHS group.
  • Handle crisis management, including medical emergencies and guest complaints.
  • Collaborate with HR and Labor Relations to uphold collective bargaining agreements.
  • Assist in the recruitment and training of qualified team members.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of operations management experience in theme park or hospitality.
  • Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and nights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or Hospitality.
  • Experience managing in a unionized environment.
  • Proven track record in theme park operations.
