What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical accounting contact for the Americas finance team and Corporate Office.
• Conduct technical accounting assessments for IFRS and US GAAP and draft accounting papers.
• Coordinate half-year and year-end financial reporting and manage the end-to-end statutory compliance and external audit process.
• Lead monthly Balance Sheet reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Drive the transformation of financial reporting processes through automation and AI-assisted tools.
• Lead and develop a high-performance finance team while fostering a culture of excellence.

Requirements

• Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in a finance function, specifically in financial reporting and revenue recognition.
• Proven leadership experience in developing high-performing teams.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and financial software.
