What you will do

• Manage an AR portfolio to identify overdue payments and delinquent accounts.
• Execute the end-to-end collection process, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate resolution of balances.
• Investigate and resolve customer disputes while maintaining professional partnerships.
• Negotiate payment arrangements with customers via phone and email.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive process improvements and strengthen financial controls.
• Support month-end activities and manage workloads to prevent billing backlogs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in an Accounts Receivable or Collections role.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365.
• Experience with collection tools such as GetPaid or ServiceNow.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis without current or future visa sponsorship
