What you will do

• Gather, scope, and document capital markets requirements and map them to Calypso Standard Reference Model (CSRM) functions.
• Design, configure, and test the system to ensure business requirements are met and time to market is accelerated.
• Partner with project managers to validate solutions and support Blueprint, SIT, UAT, and Migration phases.
• Identify product gaps and collaborate with Product and Technical teams to deliver and test enhancements.
• Conduct user training on system usage, client configurations, and new functionality.

Requirements

• Experience as a Solution Designer in Calypso consultancy within the capital markets industry.
• Functional expertise in asset classes such as FX, Fixed Income, Money Market, IRD, FXD, CRD, Equities, EQD, or Commodities.
• Strong knowledge of product valuation and risk methodologies (Market, Counterparty Credit, Liquidity).
• Strong proficiency in written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Analytical thinking and result-driven approach.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Portuguese.
• Understanding of Front-To-Back Business Units as an overall process flow.
