TL;DR
Lead Business Consultant (Investment Performance & Risk Analytics) (SimCorp Dimension): Leading configuration, integration, testing, and deployment of investment performance and risk analytics solutions for financial institutions with an accent on performance measurement, risk metrics, and operational workflows. Focus on mapping client requirements, designing financial modelling solutions, troubleshooting implementations, and delivering client training.

Location: Manila, Philippines. Hybrid work arrangement with office attendance two days per week and flexible working hours.

What you will do

  • Lead SimCorp Dimension implementations in the Investment Performance and Risk Analytics area, including configuration, integration, and testing.
  • Document client requirements, map them to SimCorp Dimension functions and processes, and identify process improvements.
  • Design and deliver solution sets, operational workflows, standard configurations, customizations, and new solutions.
  • Develop test strategies and plans with clients, support test execution, and troubleshoot implementation issues.
  • Provide configuration and end-user training to help clients maintain and optimize SimCorp Dimension.
  • Collaborate remotely with implementation project teams in Consulting Services around the world and deepen knowledge of client businesses.

Requirements

  • Approximately 7 years of relevant experience in the financial or investment management industry.
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Physics, Mathematics, Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in quantitative analysis, mathematical or financial modelling, or valuation of financial instruments.
  • Advanced knowledge of investment performance and risk measurement, including metrics and standards such as Value at Risk and return calculation methods.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills, with willingness to learn new software.
  • Fluent English required.

Nice to have

  • Business analysis or project experience.
  • CFA or FRM certification.
