What you will do

• Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients via inbound and outbound calls.
• Qualify leads based on specific case criteria and convert them into signed clients.
• Document client information and case details accurately in CloudLex or case management systems.
• Follow intake scripts and workflows to ensure consistency and high-quality service.
• Coordinate consultations and follow-ups with attorneys and case managers.
• Identify and escalate urgent or high-priority legal cases.

Requirements

• Must be based in Colombia
• 1+ year of experience in intake, sales, customer service, or administrative roles.
• Proven sales ability in lead qualification and client onboarding.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong empathy and patience when handling sensitive personal injury cases.

Nice to have

• Experience in a U.S. law firm.
• Experience with CloudLex or similar case management software.
