What you will do
- Lead end-to-end strategic projects, including commercial opportunity framing, market analysis, business case development, and execution planning.
- Provide data-driven strategic recommendations to EMEA Distribution leadership and support annual and sub-regional growth planning.
- Oversee analysis of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and client segment trends to inform distribution strategy and product positioning.
- Develop business cases, scenario analyses, and forecasting models to support investment decisions and prioritization.
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams and act as a senior connector across Distribution, Product, Investments, Finance, Marketing, and Operations.
- Produce executive-ready strategy and performance presentations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience leading cross-functional strategic projects with senior-level exposure (required).
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel capability, plus familiarity with project management methodologies or tools (required).
- Strong understanding of strategic thinking, structured analysis, and the ability to simplify complexity into compelling narratives.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to operate autonomously and take ownership of outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior/executive audiences.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting or leading M&A activity (due diligence, deal execution, or integration).
- Experience in asset management strategy, distribution strategy, or business management in a global/EMEA context.
- Strong understanding of the EMEA asset management distribution landscape and client segment trends.
- European language skills (Italian, Spanish, or German).
