What you will do

• Design and execute system-level test cases for the next-generation management system, focusing on scale and performance.
• Collaborate with development teams to root-cause issues through automation and experimentation.
• Create detailed bug reports characterizing system failures and their customer impact.
• Partner with Technical Support to reproduce and resolve customer-reported issues.
• Contribute to the improvement of GUIs and APIs to enhance the user experience (UX).

Requirements

• BS in CS/CE/EE with 3+ years of experience or an MS in telecommunications or computer networking.
• Experience designing, deploying, and troubleshooting IP and Ethernet networks.
• Proficiency in 3+ networking protocols such as BGP, OSPF, ISIS, VRRP, LACP, or STP.
• Experience with Linux and technologies like KVM, Docker, Kubernetes, Hadoop, or Hbase.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or TCL.
• Location: Must be based in Nashua, NH, USA

Nice to have

• Experience with provisioning frameworks like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• CCIE certification.
