What you will do

• Manage company accounts, sales, and customer relations within Central and Southern Greece.
• Control and manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to proposal signing.
• Create customized technical proposals for new and existing customers.
• Negotiate new projects and contract terms with clients and develop strategic partnerships.
• Conduct market research and design detailed business plans for commercial opportunities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key clients to maintain sustainable business relationships.

Requirements

• University degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering.
• 2-4 years of proven experience in a similar sales engineering role.
• Experience in the waste management industry is highly preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in computer skills and spreadsheets (Excel).
