What you will do

• Develop design concepts and specifications to optimize the function, ergonomics, and appearance of hardware products.
• Lead new product innovation with a strong focus on defining golden sample and limit sample signatures.
• Establish and implement standards and best practices to achieve CMF design excellence in mass production.
• Provide strategic vision to ID, Brand, and Marketing teams through cross-disciplinary collaboration.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Engineering to ensure project targets and schedules are met.
• Create and compile CMF prototype samples to expand the global materials library.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional CMF design experience in mass manufacture.
• Expertise in visualization and presentation using Adobe Creative Suite and Keyshot.
• Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and emerging material technologies.
• Experience in Industrial Design or Mechanical Product Design Engineering.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating cutting-edge design skills and forward-thinking approaches.
