Sr. Product Design Specialist (CMF)

What you will do

• Develop CMF design concepts and specifications for physical hardware products, optimizing function, ergonomics, perceived value, and appearance.
• Support strategy designers’ ideas and contribute to product-level new product innovation.
• Set CMF standards and implement best practices for mass-production design excellence.
• Provide strategic vision to industrial design, brand, and marketing teams.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineering to meet product targets and schedules.
• Create and compile CMF prototype samples and expand the global materials library.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional CMF design experience defining trends, colors, materials, and finishes for mass manufacture.
• Experience in industrial design or mechanical product design engineering.
• Excellent visualization and presentation skills using Adobe Creative Suite and KeyShot.
• Technical expertise in manufacturing processes and an interest in emerging material technologies.
• Strong visual, verbal, written, and organizational skills.
• Fluent English required. Experience with user-centered design methods, current CE technologies, and manufacturing processes.
