Sr. Product Design Manager (Streaming)

Location: New York, United States; hybrid schedule requiring office attendance at least four days per week

Salary: $150,000–$190,000 per year, plus bonus and long-term incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of product designers while remaining hands-on as a senior individual contributor.
• Define the vision, strategy, and design direction for Peacock discovery and playback experiences across TV, mobile, and web.
• Deliver production-ready UX designs for domestic and international audiences, including live events, replays, and lean-back viewing.
• Drive alignment with stakeholders and leadership around research insights, design decisions, product strategy, and business goals.
• Facilitate ideation, concept exploration, UX planning, critiques, and cross-functional collaboration throughout project lifecycles.
• Support experimentation and release from early concepts through launch while maintaining high standards for usability and detail.

Requirements

• Degree in design, computer science, human factors, or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of relevant design experience, including 3+ years managing, mentoring, and developing designers.
• Proven player-coach experience with senior-level product design skills and people leadership.
• Strong portfolio covering web, mobile, and digital media, with knowledge of interaction design, UX, prototyping, and cross-platform usability standards.
• Fluency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI tools; knowledge of motion graphics, accessibility, localization, and internationalization best practices.
• Experience designing for streaming platforms such as Roku, Fire TV, Samsung, Apple TV, and X1, with strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
