What you will do

• Drive sales through personalized design consultations and expert product recommendations.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, trade professionals, and the local design community.
• Meet and exceed sales performance goals, including revenue targets and client retention metrics.
• Guide clients through space planning, product selection, and styling projects.
• Manage the full client lifecycle using CRM tools and proactive outreach strategies.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure the store aesthetic aligns with brand quality.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Cambridge, MA.
• Proven experience in retail sales, design consulting, or customer success.
• Background in interior design, architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and design software such as SketchUp or AutoCAD.
• Ability to lift 20+ lbs and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as required.
