What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day operational performance of the student housing portfolio to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Supervise and support Portfolio and Property Managers in leasing, budgeting, and operational execution.
• Monitor key performance indicators including NOI, rental rates, and operating expenses.
• Lead the development of annual operating budgets and financial forecasts.
• Conduct regular site visits to evaluate operational standards, maintenance quality, and resident experience.
• Implement operational processes and best practices to improve efficiency across the portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or Finance required.
• 5–7 years of experience in property management or real estate operations.
• Proven experience overseeing multiple properties or a portfolio.
• Strong understanding of student housing or multifamily operations.
• Proficiency in property management software such as Entrata and Excel.
• Willingness to travel periodically to portfolio properties.
• English and Spanish proficiency preferred.
