What you will do

• Relate process variables to device parameters to improve yield and process capability.
• Coordinate problem-solving activities between fab, assembly, and test departments.
• Analyze and resolve technical and administrative issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate failure analysis and reliability testing results to implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Operations on cost savings and yield improvement initiatives.
• Interface with customers to address protection needs and provide technical support.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or Math/Statistics.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Proven experience in semiconductor design, manufacturing, electrical testing, or materials selection.
• Experience working in or with a semiconductor foundry.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Design and Analysis of Experiments (DOE).
