What you will do

• Shape the core architecture of the AI Platform alongside senior leadership.
• Establish technical contracts for AI agent registration, identity, and runtime constraints.
• Set the technical bar for the team through mentorship and high-quality design documentation.
• Design interlocks between the AI Platform and broader engineering product teams.
• Operate the platform in production and participate in on-call rotations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years at the Staff IC level.
• Deep experience with cloud-native, Kubernetes-based platforms in production.
• Hands-on fluency with LLM application stacks like LangGraph or Bedrock AgentCore.
• Strong background in workload identity and access management (SPIFFE/SPIRE, OAuth, KMS).
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Excellent written communication skills for design documents and architecture decision records.

Nice to have

• Experience with healthcare data (PHI, HIPAA, BAA) or regulated environments (FedRAMP, HITRUST, SOC 2).
• Personal experience using AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or custom MCP servers.
• AWS infrastructure experience.
