TL;DR

Platform Engineer (AI Tooling): Building and optimizing internal platform tools to empower engineering teams with an accent on AI-driven testing and performance analysis. Focus on designing LLM-friendly workflows, orchestrating AI agents, and integrating advanced tooling into the Identity Security Cloud platform.

Location: Must be based in Mexico

What you will do

Research, design, and build internal platform tools that enable seamless functional and non-functional testing.
Develop AI-first tooling strategies to generate LLM-friendly outputs for engineering test planning.
Integrate AI agents and swarms into platform infrastructure to solve complex performance bottlenecks.
Mentor other engineers on adopting AI-assisted tooling, including agents, hooks, and commands.
Ensure platform modularity and correctness using type-checked functional programming.
Collaborate on architectural solutions for scalable, distributed cloud-based internal tools.

Requirements

Must be based in Mexico
2-4 years of professional experience in platform, performance, or software engineering.
Hands-on experience with AI developer tools like Claude Code or Cursor for code generation and debugging.
Strong background in large-scale distributed systems and microservice architecture.
Proficiency with CI/CD tools, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Experience with TypeScript and functional programming paradigms.

Nice to have

Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
Familiarity with property-based testing frameworks like Hegel.
Experience with Effect library in TypeScript.
