What you will do

• Design and implement AI-powered features across healthcare product platforms and operational systems.
• Build full-stack applications using modern AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, and OpenAI APIs.
• Develop backend services, APIs, and automation pipelines to support intelligent product capabilities.
• Apply DevOps and MLOps best practices to the testing, deployment, and monitoring of AI solutions.
• Research emerging LLM implementation patterns and product engineering frameworks to improve platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and clinical stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.
• 2+ years of professional experience in software or product engineering.
• Proven track record of delivering 2–3 production-level AI projects using LLM development platforms.
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript for building production-grade full-stack applications.
• Experience with prompt engineering, AI agents, and retrieval augmented generation (RAG) architectures.
• Must reside within the continental US.

Nice to have

• Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.
• Familiarity with ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.
• Experience supporting healthcare, payer/provider, or Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) technology initiatives.
• Ability to obtain government clearance.
