What you will do

• Manage optical-related production crisis resolution and implementation.
• Develop and implement camera testing systems for production lines.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focusing on testing efficiency and cost reduction.
• Contribute to Design for Manufacturing (DFM) processes.
• Standardize and optimize optical testing development workflows.
• Align quality criteria from supplier to product level.

Requirements

• Technical background and degree in optical engineering (Bachelor required, Master preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of optical imaging.
• Proven experience in lens and optical system manufacturing and development.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional cooperation.
• Fluent English (read, write, and speak).
• Experience in camera testing development and crisis management for NPI/MP.

Nice to have

• Experience in 3C manufacturing engineering.
• Familiarity with coding and automation applications.
• Knowledge of Optical/Acoustic/Android test development.
• Familiarity with information systems and AI.
