What you will do
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of resellers in EMEA to drive growth and performance.
- Prospect and onboard new reseller partners to expand the reach of products and services.
- Implement comprehensive partner enablement strategies, providing training, tools, and necessary support.
- Create and execute joint business plans with resellers, establishing clear goals and success metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop co-branded campaigns and lead-generation programs.
- Manage channel incentives and rewards programs to motivate resellers and increase retention.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in channel management, partnership development, or business development with a focus on large resellers.
- Proven track record of developing successful reseller programs or indirect sales channels.
- Fluency in German and English is required.
- Experience working with large resellers across Europe and a strong professional contact network.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Must be based in Berlin, Germany.
