What you will do

• Collect, verify, and consolidate sustainability data across European sites.
• Prepare sustainability reports and internal communications.
• Conduct internal audits and basic environmental site visits.
• Manage operational energy efficiency and waste reduction projects.
• Monitor industry benchmarks and best practices.
• Drive employee engagement and awareness regarding sustainability goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in environmental, energy, sustainability engineering, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of professional experience.
• Must be based in or able to work in Biassono, Italy.
• Proficiency in MS Office and good English skills.
• Availability for frequent travel (up to 50%).
