Program Manager

Program Manager (Integration): Lead integration initiatives to deliver a safe, commercially ready autonomous trucking system with an accent on cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Software, Safety, Test, Product, Operations, and Commercial teams. Salary: $132,400 - $158,900 USD

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams to scope complex Integration initiatives across Engineering, Software, Safety, Test, Product, Operations, and Commercial.
• Define goals and objectives that drive delivery of complex, highly coupled integration work.
• Plan, organize, prioritize, and drive integration activities to advance critical program initiatives.
• Track dependencies, risks, issues, and mitigation plans; drive resolution.
• Provide frequent program status updates using dashboards and metrics for senior leadership.
• Prepare and run meetings/workshops, including moderation, decision tracking, documentation, and action follow-up.

Requirements

• 3+ years of program management experience in complex, multi-disciplinary technical environments (automotive, aerospace, robotics, or defense strongly preferred).
• Experience managing milestone-driven and production-readiness programs with multiple concurrent delivery horizons.
• Deep familiarity with safety-critical product development governance, rigor, and documentation standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize program state into clear narratives for executive leadership.
• Ability to drive alignment and accountability across matrixed organizations without direct authority.
• Comfort operating under ambiguity with sound judgment and independent decision-making.

Nice to have

• Experience with autonomous vehicles, ADAS, or mobility-as-a-service program development.
• Familiarity with functional safety standards (ISO 26262, SOTIF) and verification & validation or safety case development.
• Background in scaled agile, systems engineering, or hybrid development environments.
• Experience integrating hardware-dependent and software-intensive development cycles.
