Salary: $188,330–$265,870 USD

What you will do

• Own the full product lifecycle for Xeon platforms from definition and planning through launch and end-of-life.
• Coordinate across design, architecture, manufacturing, and marketing to ensure product readiness.
• Define product strategy and roadmap priorities based on competitive hirify.globalligence and customer insights.
• Develop performance leadership narratives and define product positioning grounded in real workload KPIs.
• Drive execution across validation, debug, and performance optimization teams to meet success gates.
• Influence senior engineering stakeholders and cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or STEM field.
• 7+ years of experience in semiconductor product management, technical marketing, or product architecture.
• 7+ years of experience owning end-to-end hardware or platform products.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in a highly matrixed environment.
• Strong technical depth in server or datacenter platform business.

Nice to have

• MBA or equivalent experience in business and market strategy.
• Direct experience with hyperscale, CSP, or OEM/ODM ecosystems.
• Hands-on involvement with performance benchmarking frameworks like MLPerf, SPEC, or TPC.
