What you will do

• Setup and transfer new products and technology to test locations in Asia for mass production.
• Support and resolve device testing or program-related issues through software and hardware debugging.
• Maintain and enhance product test yield and quality across final test, system level test, wafer, and bump sort.
• Execute cost reduction activities, including yield improvement and test time reduction.
• Drive continuous improvement for product quality, test efficiency, and production throughput.
• Provide verification support for customer returns.

Requirements

• B.S. in Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Basic understanding of product test methodology and implementation.
• Proficiency in C and C++ programming languages.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and failure debugging skills.
• Ability to travel on short notice is required.

Nice to have

• Hands-on knowledge of JMP statistical analysis tool.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Perl and Python.
