What you will do

• Lead capital raises across strategic vehicles using equity, structured, and credit instruments.
• Cultivate relationships with sovereign wealth funds, family offices, and institutional allocators, especially in the Gulf, Asia, and North America.
• Establish and manage the investor relations function for public market activities, including hirify.global SPAC 1.
• Advise leadership on capital structure, funding strategy, and the execution of strategic transactions.
• Develop fundraising materials, including the equity story, investor presentations, and financial narratives.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead the investor relations and capital markets team.

Requirements

• 12-15+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, sovereign wealth or institutional investing.
• Proven track record of raising institutional capital and closing complex transactions.
• Direct experience engaging sovereign wealth funds and large institutional allocators at a senior level.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or business; MBA or CFA strongly preferred.
• Must be based in New York.
