TL;DR

Senior Manager, Capital Markets (Fintech): Managing debt funding operations and securitization processes for core financial platforms with an accent on asset-backed financing, covenant management, and regulatory compliance. Location: Must be based in Bellevue, WA (Onsite 5 days per week)

Salary: $235,435–$245,000 per year

What you will do

  • Manage debt funding operations, including legal documentation and partner bank/investor compliance.
  • Oversee customer account movement and streamline payment activity in collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Develop and optimize daily settlement procedures with key stakeholders.
  • Own portfolio reporting, covenant management, and tracking of key deal triggers.
  • Support securitization readiness for credit card receivables by working with rating agencies and investors.
  • Assist in relationship management and the onboarding of new funding partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, Economics, or related field.
  • Six years of progressively responsible experience in capital markets or corporate finance.
  • Deep knowledge of financial markets, debt/equity instruments, and risk management practices.
  • Experience with structured finance, asset-backed financing, and securitization.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements including SEC and FINRA.
  • Proven ability to communicate and negotiate with key stakeholders and external parties.
