What you will do
- Lead advanced onboarding programs for customers implementing CCH Tagetik CPM solutions.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for high-priority customer issues.
- Monitor customer health, engagement, and adoption metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
- Drive retention and expansion through proactive engagement and value realization strategies.
- Nurture customer advocates and champion CCH Tagetik within client organizations.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in London, UK.
- Strong understanding of customer needs within financial, ESG, and performance management environments.
- Proven experience in managing complex customer relationships and high-impact engagements.
- Proficiency in interpreting financial, operational, and ESG data to drive decisions.
- Experience with CRM systems and customer success platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage executive stakeholders.
