What you will do

  • Lead advanced onboarding programs for customers implementing CCH Tagetik CPM solutions.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for high-priority customer issues.
  • Monitor customer health, engagement, and adoption metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
  • Drive retention and expansion through proactive engagement and value realization strategies.
  • Nurture customer advocates and champion CCH Tagetik within client organizations.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in London, UK.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs within financial, ESG, and performance management environments.
  • Proven experience in managing complex customer relationships and high-impact engagements.
  • Proficiency in interpreting financial, operational, and ESG data to drive decisions.
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer success platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage executive stakeholders.
