• Design and develop simulation and optimization frameworks for complex manufacturing challenges.
• Build, validate, and deploy decision algorithms and heuristics for production scheduling.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Management Science.
• 2+ years of experience with C# programming and commercial optimization packages like CPLEX or Gurobi.
• Proficiency in database management systems including SQL Server.
• Strong foundation in Linear Programming, Integer Programming, and Constraint Programming.
• Must be able to work on-site in Phoenix, Folsom, or Hillsboro.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Advanced expertise in Discrete Event Simulation, Simulated Annealing, and Meta-Heuristics.
