Care Principle Associate – Contractor (Social Care)

Location: North England, United Kingdom; requires travel around the region and visits to client sites

What you will do

• Provide complex consultancy support and advice to social care clients.
• Conduct complex surveys and support consultancy projects for larger clients.
• Deliver bespoke liability reduction, risk management, mock inspection, ERA/BCP, and consultancy development services.
• Perform quality assurance reviews of associates’ work.
• Handle complaints, support claims mitigation, and work with larger accounts alongside the Business Development Team.
• Provide training and support while nurturing other associates.

Requirements

• Qualified or experienced health or social care professional, such as a social worker, nurse, CEO, or teacher.
• Registration with a professional standards body or equivalent experience.
• Management experience appropriate to the seniority of the role.
• Experience delivering training and support, with an understanding of Ofsted and CQC regulatory models.
• Ability to develop a complementary specialist area and act as a point of expertise.
• Willingness to travel around the region and visit clients on site.

Nice to have

• Health and safety qualification, with IOSH at minimum or currently in progress.
