Care Principle Associate (Social Care Consultancy): Providing specialist health and social care consultancy to policyholders with an accent on quality assurance, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Focus on delivering complex support, training, and liability reduction strategies for diverse care providers across the North of England.

Location: Must be based in or able to travel within North England

What you will do

• Perform quality assurance on associate work and handle complex complaints.
• Conduct detailed surveys of social care clients to identify risks and improvement areas.
• Support larger accounts in partnership with the Business Development team.
• Deliver bespoke training and advice on liability reduction and risk management.
• Provide expert guidance on Ofsted and CQC regulatory models.
• Mentor and nurture other associates within the consultancy team.

Requirements

• Must be a qualified health or social care professional (e.g., Social Work, Nursing, CEO, Teaching).
• Must be registered with a professional standards body or possess equivalent experience.
• Significant management experience relevant to a senior consultancy role.
• Deep understanding of Ofsted and CQC regulatory frameworks.
• Must be able to travel within the region and visit client sites.
• Experience in delivering professional training and support.
