What you will do

• Lead complex consulting engagements and strategic change agendas across major public-sector and UK Transport accounts.
• Build executive relationships with CXOs, senior government stakeholders, industry bodies, and analysts.
• Originate, shape, negotiate, and convert strategic consulting opportunities while managing profitability, margins, risk, and backlog growth.
• Design complex engagements, oversee delivery, and act as the escalation point for key client relationships.
• Drive market creation, account growth strategies, external eminence, thought leadership, and innovation.
• Develop consulting leaders and partner talent while fostering continuous professional development.

Requirements

• Extensive CXO-level client engagement and relationship-management experience.
• Proven experience selling, leading, and executing complex projects with multidisciplinary teams in consulting, corporate, or public-sector environments.
• Experience driving revenue growth, managing margins, and supporting high-value business development.
• Experience in Technical Continuous Modernisation, Innovation at Scale, or Security and Resilience, combined with a strong Public Sector focus.
• Established credibility and an executive network across the UK Transport sector.
• Strong communication, leadership, critical-thinking, workshop facilitation, and strategic-roadmap skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in Education.
• Advanced PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills.
• Experience creating proposals, statements of work, and polished consulting deliverables.
