Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Ph.D. or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field with a focus on LLM, Agentic Systems, or Machine Learning.
• 2+ years of experience building large-scale ML solutions in NLP, agent-based systems, or multi-agent collaboration.
• Experience developing LLM reasoning models capable of multi-step reasoning and context-rich decision-making.
• Strong background in experimental design, benchmark creation, and principled measurement of reasoning quality.
• Track record of publishing high-impact research in top AI/ML venues.
