What you will do

• Architect production-ready AI systems combining LLMs, deterministic workflows, and orchestration layers for customer experience use cases.
• Design scalable RAG and knowledge architectures to ground AI responses in enterprise data.
• Define AI evaluation frameworks, success metrics, and feedback loops to ensure performance and business impact.
• Partner with sales teams to lead technical discovery, solution design, and high-level product demonstrations.
• Develop reusable technical assets and provide coaching to enable the broader field organization.
• Influence CIO/CTO-level stakeholders by positioning AI solutions within broader IT transformation strategies.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• Hands-on experience designing modern AI solutions using LLMs, NLU/NLP, and retrieval-based systems.
• Expertise in integrating AI with enterprise platforms, RESTful APIs, and cloud ecosystems.
• Proven ability to define AI evaluation strategies, governance, and observability metrics.
• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to translate technical architectures into business value.
• Demonstrated success in presales or technical consulting roles partnering with sales teams.
