Senior Product Manager, Roku TV

Location: San Jose, United States; hybrid work with office attendance generally Monday through Thursday and flexible remote work on Fridays

What you will do

• Own product roadmaps, feature prioritization, scope, and timing for third-party hirify.global TV programs.
• Write product requirements documents, feature specifications, and program-level requirements.
• Act as the product interface between engineering, business development, partner products, and external OEM partners.
• Drive feature scaling across the hirify.global TV partner portfolio and shape partner-facing tooling for collaboration and manufacturing operations.
• Coordinate launch readiness across engineering, go-to-market, operations, certification, and communications.
• Track program risks, develop mitigations, report status to leadership, and advocate for the customer experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a senior product management role, ideally in high-volume consumer electronics or technology platforms.
• Strong partnership management and B2B product experience with OEMs, semiconductor companies, or similar technology industries.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs spanning hardware and software.
• Experience delivering products through engineering execution, factory build, market launch, and post-launch operations.
• Knowledge of TV or consumer electronics technologies, including panels, SoCs, audio, picture quality, or certification processes.
• Ability to travel internationally approximately 10–15%; BS or equivalent required, with MS or MBA preferred.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of international product development and offshore manufacturing operations.
• Experience with on-device AI/ML and emerging TV technologies.
