What you will do

• Lead the creation and update of product collateral, including factsheets, presentations, commentaries, and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, risk, and marketing teams to ensure high-quality, compliant messaging.
• Manage regulatory and governance requirements, including fund board materials and prospectus reviews.
• Support RFP and DDQ processes by maintaining accurate product data and managing consultant databases.
• Coordinate product change management efforts to align stakeholders across internal systems and client communications.
• Provide business development insights and competitive analysis using tools like Bloomberg, Morningstar, and eVestment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial services, preferably within asset management.
• Strong understanding of equities, financial markets, and core investment processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Morningstar, eVestment, and Bloomberg.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• Series 7 & 63 licenses required within 6 months of hire.
• Must be located in Houston, Texas.
