Salary: $169,300 – $284,700 (location-dependent)

What you will do

  • Lead enterprise-scale change strategies grounded in behavioral science and incentive design.
  • Diagnose and redesign metrics, goals, and governance to reinforce AI-native product development.
  • Partner with senior product, engineering, and design leaders to evolve workflows and decision systems.
  • Build scalable, lightweight frameworks that enable adoption and reduce bureaucracy.
  • Design and run change experiments to learn what interventions drive sustainable behavior change.
  • Establish the future operating model for enterprise change management at hirify.global Group.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 10+ years of experience leading complex change initiatives in mid-to-large organizations.
  • Proven track record of aligning incentives, metrics, and operating mechanisms at scale.
  • Strong grounding in organizational change, behavioral science, and systems thinking.
  • Fluency in modern product development practices like Agile, discovery, and experimentation.
  • Ability to influence without authority at the executive and senior-leader level.
