What you will do

• Deliver high-value AI-powered features including conversational search and agentic workflows to enhance platform workflows.
• Own and develop the AI roadmap, ensuring it remains aligned with the overall product strategy and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and architects to determine feasibility and shape technical designs.
• Partner with UX teams to create intuitive, human-centered AI user experiences.
• Define success metrics, evaluation frameworks, and performance monitoring for AI capabilities.
• Gather customer insights and market feedback to validate use cases and prioritize feature development.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Cluj-Napoca, Romania (onsite presence required for recruitment).
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership with a focus on AI/ML.
• 3+ years of hands-on technical experience in software, ML, or data engineering.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, NLP, predictive models, and MLOps.
• Experience working with cloud environments and modern AI frameworks.
• Proficiency in agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and project management tools like Azure DevOps.
